Our vision is simple: to help young people become healthier, happier, and reach their full potential.

We believe every young person should have the opportunity to talk openly with a safe, trusted adult — someone who can empower them to overcome challenges and build confidence, wellbeing, and resilience.

We offer two types of provision to meet the different needs of schools and families:

1️⃣ Onsite Mentoring & Counselling Provision

Commissioned by schools across an academic year, this flexible onsite service allows schools to refer young people for support as needed. Provision is tailored to each setting, with session frequency and length agreed in partnership with the school.

Ideal for schools seeking to embed high-quality mentoring and counselling within their whole-school pastoral and SEMH offer.

2️⃣ One-to-One Mentoring & Counselling Services

Delivered in blocks of 12 sessions, our one-to-one services provide targeted support for young people needing additional help with wellbeing, mental health, or life direction. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each young person and can be funded through school budgets or by families/carers directly.

Ideal for young people needing focused, time-limited intervention.

All our practitioners are fully qualified, highly experienced, receive regular supervision, and are enhanced DBS checked (subscribed to the update service).

Funding for our services is often met through Pupil Premium, EHCP funding, or High Needs Block funding. Families/carers can also self-fund. Please contact us to discuss current charges and funding options.

Onsite Mentoring & Counselling Provision

We offer a flexible onsite mentoring and counselling provision, providing a designated mentor and/or counsellor based within your school or setting on an agreed day each week.

This service is typically commissioned for an academic year, giving schools the ability to refer students for support as needs arise. During each onsite day (6 hours), our practitioner can typically work with up to 8 students identified by the school as needing additional support around mental health, wellbeing, and personal development.

We currently deliver onsite provision across a number of schools in Buckinghamshire, with excellent feedback and outcomes. We also welcome enquiries from other settings, including Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), Alternative Provisions (including Pupil Referral Units / PRUs), and Colleges.

How it works:

  • Commissioned by the school (typically for an academic year)

  • School identifies students to be supported

  • Parental consent obtained prior to referrals

  • Referral form completed for each student before support begins

  • Designated school staff member coordinates the student schedule

  • Practitioner provides feedback on request and an end-of-support report for each student

Settings:

  • Mainstream Schools

  • Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs)

  • Alternative Provisions (including Pupil Referral Units / PRUs)

  • Colleges
